It's not about me


My "about me" section isn't a lot about me because selling and buying arguably one of the biggest assets in your life isn't about me it's about you. I'll let my statistics tell the story: 91% of my real estate business comes from past clients and their referrals. I've had the privilege of joining people during the most joyous moments of their lives and the chance to offer relief and assurance during the worst. I've helped multiple generations in a single-family buy and sell homes and I've had clients return to me years after their last transaction. They return because they know my motivation isn't MY bottom line it's THEIR bottom line.
Just when you think you've seen it all..


Depending on the source, the percentage of agents that fail spectacularly in this business within the first 5 years ranges between 85-90%. The saying that goes, "just when you think you've seen it all..." applies to real estate agents. Trust me - it takes more than a handful of transactions to "see it all." I've been in this business since 2014 and sold hundreds of homes. I've learned quickly that no 2 transactions are the same. Ever. It takes a lot of experience to be able to predict the variables during a transaction and craft a plan to handle them. What happens if an agent doesn't? There will be A LOT of stress and A LOT of delays that will cost you A LOT of money.

Let me say that again because it's that important: Every decision from the most obvious to the mundane matters. Realtors, the good ones, know this. Because they understand this concept and make sure there are no surprises during transactions, they make real estate look easy - kind of like how Ginger Rogers made dancing backwards in heels look easy or how Superman made changing into tights while in a phone booth look easy. Am I comparing those of us that succeed to Ginger Rogers or Superman?

I do all of the expected "stuff":


I do all of the full service brokerage expected "stuff." You know the stuff - it's the boring, 2 page, single spaced, bullet pointed list of services that agents show you at listing appointments. I do all of that "expected stuff" except better and for less money than most. My affordability, professional photography and staging, access to top tradespeople, digital marketing, social media marketing, full MLS exposure and exposure on all property aggregator sites is what will make your experience with me "an 11" on a scale from 1-10.
