I've sold a lot of homes - hundreds. I'm consistently ranked within the top 10 agents in our area. And I still answer my own phone.

Here's how I work: You choose full service or limited services. My commission is set by the work your sale needs. For buyers, my contracts cover one home or a short term, and you can walk away if it's not working. Ask me anything about how this business really works.  I'll give you the straight answer, even when that's not the answer that pays me the most.
