Growing up on a farm in rural Wisoconsin, I was always a people person and supporting my local community. After spending 11 years as a realtor, working under some of the big-name, well-known brokerages and seeing the good, the bad and the ugly of our industry up close. I started my own brokerage, Real Estate Property Shop, as a way to help agents across Wisconsin find a local broker who doesn’t have high overhead, expensive office space / signage / etc. or national agendas to adhere to.
