Real Estate Property Shop is A Better Way to Buy and Sell
It's not about me
My "about me" section isn't a lot about me because selling and buying arguably one of the biggest assets in your life isn't about me it's about you. I'll let my statistics tell the story: 91% of my real estate business comes from past clients and their referrals. I've had the privilege of joining people during the most joyous moments of their lives and the chance to offer relief and assurance during the worst. I've helped multiple generations in a single-family buy and sell homes and I've had clients return to me years after their last transaction. They return because they know my motivation isn't MY bottom line it's THEIR bottom line.
Just when you think you've seen it all...
Depending on the source, the percentage of agents that fail spectacularly in this business within the first 5 years ranges between 85-90%. The saying that goes, "just when you think you've seen it all..." applies to real estate agents. Trust me - it takes more than a handful of transactions to "see it all." I've been in this business since 2014 and sold hundreds of homes. I've learned quickly that no 2 transactions are the same. Ever. It takes a lot of experience to be able to predict the variables during a transaction and craft a plan to handle them. What happens if an agent doesn't? There will be A LOT of stress and A LOT of delays that will cost you A LOT of money.
It's all in the details
Here is what you need to know in a nutshell: In Real Estate, every decision and every detail from the most obvious to the mundane matters. Let me say that again because it's that important: Every decision from the most obvious to the mundane matters. Realtors, the good ones, know this. Because they understand this concept and make sure there are no surprises during transactions, they make real estate look easy - kind of like how Ginger Rogers made dancing backwards in heels look easy or how Superman made changing into tights while in a phone booth look easy. Am I comparing those of us that succeed to Ginger Rogers or Superman?
Yes. I am.
I do all of the expected "stuff"
I do all of the full service brokerage expected "stuff." You know the stuff - it's the boring, 2 page, single spaced, bullet pointed list of services that agents show you at listing appointments. I do all of that "expected stuff" except better and for less money than most. My affordability, professional photography and staging, access to top tradespeople, digital marketing, social media marketing, full MLS exposure and exposure on all property aggregator sites is what will make your experience with me "an 11" on a scale from 1-10.

Everyone has heard the saying “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.” In the world of real estate we need to add “ and who knows you.” Getting your home in front of the right people is the key to effective marketing.
Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Marketing and Business Strategies from the University of Minnesota. His sole purpose with the Real Estate Property Shop is making sure the right people are the people are "who know you."
Boring, same-y listing descriptions and blurry photos = swipe left
According to the National Association of Realtors, buyers spend an average of 7 seconds previewing a real estate listing online before they decide to look deeper or move on. That's just a few seconds longer than it takes for people on dating apps to decide to swipe right (interested) or swipe left (not interested).
When people look for houses on Zillow or other sites, they flip through the pictures which are available. If your listing agent’s idea of marketing includes the acronym filled, pseudo language that only realtors understand plus 25 blurry photos of your home, online shoppers will “swipe left” as fast as online daters swipe past cringe-worthy dating profiles.
When it comes to your home, good enough marketing isn't good enough.
After you sign a listing contract, your listing agent uploads your property onto the MLS. From there your listing automatically feeds to online property aggregator sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and Brokerage IDX feeds. Good enough right? Wrong. This is the bare minimum of online marketing.
You Deserve The Best Service. Your Home Deserves The Best Marketing.
At the Real Estate Property Shop we take pride in having your property marketed to its best potential. From working with stagers and photographers to strategic social media marketing campaigns, Max does it all. He uses his expertise to create a visual experience of your home across multiples social media platforms in addition to the basics.
